This is a very large "Liberty Style" villa from the beginning of the 1900s. It has been totally restored. The house lies on a residential street only 300 meter from the center of the small village of Ponte a Moriano, not far from Lucca. You will have restaurants and small shops within walking distance, yet feel as if you are out in nature, since the villa has a very large garden, available to guests during their stay.
Consists of:
A living room with a double sleeper sofa and TV, a kitchen with dining area and an old fireplace (dishwasher, fridge w/freezer, oven,gas burners, micro and coffe machine ), a double room, two bathrooms w/showers, and a bedroom with twin beds and an extra bed. Access to washing machine.
Although the building has undergone significant restructuring, the original Liberty Style has been preserved with hand painted fresco paintings in the ceiling and characteristic ceramic tiles on the floor. The apartment is simple, but functional.
The 12.000 sq. yd. back yard with its sunken pool (12 x 6 x 1,30 metres - open 01/05/10 - 02/10/10) is shared with the other guests. The pool area has deck chairs etc making it suitable for sun-bathing. In the back yard there is also a shared bbq, and a play area.
Available upon request: laundry, catering, baby-sitting, bus transportation for tours with chauffeur, bicycles and so on.

The obligatory end-of-stay cleaning is not included EU 40 must be paid to the owner.
